Return & Refund Policy
Last Candle Clothing is operated by HRM Venture Group, a California company based in Rocklin, California.
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- in its original condition
- returned with original tags or packaging, if applicable
To start a return, contact us at support@lastcandle-clothing.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- final sale items
- gift cards
- custom or personalized items
- worn, washed, or used items
- items returned without prior contact
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lastcandle-clothing.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
