Shipping policy

Last Candle Clothing is operated by HRM Venture Group in Rocklin, California.

We currently ship to customers within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping time
After an order is processed, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@lastcandle-clothing.com and we will do our best to help.

Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.
